About Us
We burst onto the restaurant scene back in 1999 when we introduced to Cyprus the first teppanyaki and sushi restaurant, opened in Ayia Napa. A new vibrant way of eating shook up the town were highly skilled and experienced chefs prepare your meal right in front of your eyes in a uniquely theatrical style. Since then we have opened premises in UK (Liverpool, Manchester and Glasgow).

Our signature dishes
Jumbo roll
Our bestselling sushi roll and probably the best you ever tried! Rolled with Jumbo prawn tempura, avocado, cucumber and glazed with our homemade sweet teriyaki sauce and spicy mayo. We are rolling this beauty since the day we opened.
Salmon Crispy roll
A unique roll with eel, avocado, cucumber topped with fried breaded salmon, teriyaki sauce and spicy mayo. A must try if you like salmon and want to taste something you never tried before.
Bermuda triangle
A triangular shaped sushi with melted cheese, salmon and avocado fried in tempura. A special sushi that you can find only in Hokkaido.
Chicken asparagus
Another classic great dish that we make since the day we opened our restaurant in 1999. Uniquely prepared from our experienced chefs by rolling chicken breast staffed with asparagus and garlic cooked on the Japanese iron plate (teppanyaki).
Our Sauces
All our sauces are homemade and authentic using only quality ingredients from well-known suppliers. Teriyaki sauce it’s the first in our recipe book using the traditional Japanese way of making it. Spicy mayo, sweet chili, sweet and sour sauce, yakisoba sauce, black bean sauce, pad thai sauce they are all made from scratch and that’s what makes us special.
GARLIC MAYO
And here comes the famous garlic mayo of Hokkaido. Not like your usual garlic mayo! The recipe is the same over the past 20 years and of course it remains secret. A favorite dipping sauce for our cooked sushi rolls and teriyaki dishes.
Did you know??
Our restaurant took its name from the second largest island in Japan ‘Hokkaido’. Hokkaido is well known for the high quality and freshness of its seafood as the cold waters surrounding Japan’s northernmost prefecture are ideal for fish and sea vegetation.
